<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for a vehicle capable of improving comfortability and reducing part cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the air conditioning system for the vehicle provided with a rotational frequency computing means S260 for computing rotational frequency of a blower 5 based on the generating number of surge voltage generated from a blower motor 6 for each prescribed time, an air conditioning control device 20 outputs information about cleaning or exchange of a filter 8 and corrects the rotational frequency of the blower 5 when there is a change by comparing the rotational frequency computed by the rotational frequency computing means S260 with rotational frequency computed the prescribed time before.
