<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a viscous fluid can be discharged more stably than conventionally by a viscous fluid discharger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This viscous fluid discharger 10 includes: a cartridge body 12 which is of a cylindrical shape with a viscous fluid storage chamber 26 accommodating a viscous fluid 14 in the cartridge; a plunger 16 which has its tip inserted into the viscous fluid storage chamber 26 and pushes out the viscous fluid 14; a piezoelectric driver 18 which actuates the plunger 16 by resisting an urging force which urges the plunger 16 in an opposite direction to the discharging direction of the viscous fluid 14; and a nozzle 20 which is disposed opposite to the tip of the plunger 16, in the cartridge body 12 and has a discharge nozzle 42 for discharging the viscous fluid 14. In addition, the viscous fluid discharger has a hollow rotator 44 which is hollow, receiving the tip of the plunger 16 inside by insertion and also, which is disposed rotatively around the axis of the plunger 16 between the viscous fluid storage chamber 26 and the nozzle 20, in such a way that the hollow rotator 44 communicates with the viscous fluid storage chamber 26 and the discharging nozzle 42, and further, a helical groove is formed on the internal circumferential surface up to a viscous fluid pressure chamber 46 where the viscous fluid 14 is pressurized by the plunger 16.
