<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open neck type decoration structure of a covered cushion which saves labor for covering work, which attains comfortable sitting without damaging softness and flexibility of a cushion, and which has very unique design, keeping the shape better and being excellent in design property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The covered cushion is composed of a cushion body 1 produced by filling a bag with a filler and a corner-slit cover member 2 which is a sack member capable of housing the cushion body 1 and wherein at least one corner section 21 is split by a slit generated in the direction of the bisector of the flexion angle of the corner section. While the cushion body 1 is housed in the bag of the cover member 2, both split end sections 21a, 21a in the corner section 21 of the cover member 2 are folded back outward symmetrically to expose the rear surface section 23 of the cover member 2 tightly and stably in the state of an open neck by the turgor force of the housed cushion body 1.
