PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus capable of reducing magnetic interference between an actuator for moving a movable lens and an actuator for shifting an image stabilizing lens. SOLUTION: The optical apparatus includes the image stabilizing lens L3 shiftable with respect to the optical axis AXL of an optical system, a movable lens L4 movable in an optical axis direction, first and second actuators comprising magnets 33a and 33b and coils 34a and 34b respectively, and shifting the image stabilizing lens in different directions each other, and a third actuator comprising a magnet 63 and a coil 41 and moving the movable lens. When viewed in the optical axis direction, the first and second actuators are disposed in areas being opposite to an area where the third actuator is arranged with the optical axis in-between, and disposed in areas being opposite to each other with a straight line passing the optical axis and the third actuator in-between.
