The invention relates to a beam (1) made of ultra-high performance fibrous concrete, characterised in that it comprises a first side member (2.1) including at least one web (3.1) having a bearing sole (4.1) along one of the longitudinal edges of the web and, on the opposite edge, a tab (5.1) fitted in a groove (5.2) having a matching shape and belonging to a second side member (2.2) including a bearing plate (4.2) opposite the groove, wherein at least one of the side members includes a longitudinal-stress cable (9) imbedded in the concrete and parallel to the neutral longitudinal axis (10) of the beam. |
