The clamping device enables two different arrangements and an adjustment of exercise frequency over length of a free end of the flat iron. The flat iron enables different movement exercises with different high frequencies in differently body regions. The flat iron is horizontally fixed at a head of a user, where the adjusting screw adjusts a length of the flat iron.
