<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly set use restriction in each user about a plurality of physical interfaces in an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A login manager 41 of the image forming apparatus permits login when user identification information received from a terminal device or user identification information input to an input device is valid user identification information.
