<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating an organism-related material in a sample by using fine particles of a resin, having a charge and formed into random shapes, and a coagulant. <P>SOLUTION: The method for separating and recovering the organism-related material in the sample includes mixing the sample with two or more kinds of fine particles 1 adsorbing the organism-related material and formed into the random shapes, fine particles 2 bonding with the fine particles 1, a coagulant 1 adsorbing the organism-related material, and a coagulant 2 bonding to the fine particles and the coagulant.
