METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR METHANE FERMENTATION TREATMENT OF ORGANIC WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for methane fermentation treatment of organic waste which allow the saving of consumption of heat for warming in the adjustment vessel solubilizing organic waste and enable stable and efficient methane fermentation treatment.

SOLUTION: The method of methane fermentation treatment of organic waste includes warming organic waste 10 in an adjustment vessel 2 to be solubilized, subjecting the liquid waste 12 from the adjustment vessel 2 to methane fermentation treatment in a methane fermenter 5 and subjecting the digestion sludge 14 from the methane fermenter 5 to heating sterilization treatment in a sterilization vessel 7 to produce a liquid fertilizer 15. A part of a liquid fertilizer 15 discharged from the sterilization vessel 7 is returned to the adjustment vessel 2 to use the liquid fertilizer 15 as dilution water for the organic waste 10.
