<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener mounting apparatus utilizing an extreme offset nose assembly for effectively mounting a fastener even in a confined application part or an obstructed application part. <P>SOLUTION: The fastener mounting apparatus comprises a drawbar, an anvil and a collet. The drawbar has a first diameter part, a second diameter part and a third diameter part, and the third diameter part shifts from the second diameter part through a chamfer and a step part. The anvil has a cavity, a first aperture and a second aperture, and the collet has a first bore and a second bore. The first diameter part has a portion disposed within the first aperture. The second diameter part has a front portion screwed within the second bore of the collet, and a rear portion penetrating the second aperture of the anvil to provide a bearing surface between the rear portion of the second diameter part and the second aperture of the anvil.
