<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and electronic system capable of decrypting encrypted authentication data outputted from an external device. <P>SOLUTION: An in-vehicle unit 100, as the electronic apparatus, comprises: a connector 150 physically and electrically attachable to and detachable from a portable device 10 controlling operation of an external device 200 which outputs encrypted authentication data; a USB cable 185 of which one end is connected to the connector 150 and the other end is connected to the external device 200; a decryption section 141 for decrypting the encrypted authentication data; and a control section 140 which receives the encrypted authentication data from the external device 200 via the portable device 10 mounted to the connector 150 and the USB cable 185, and transmits a result of decryption, due to the decryption section 141, of the encrypted authentication data to the external device 200 via the portable device 10 mounted to the connector 150 and the USB cable 185. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
