<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burrs and cracks that may occur on a cut surface during the manufacturing of a metal foil for electrolytic capacitor, by cutting a wide belt-like metal sheet and reduce the number of defective items in which a shortcut, or the like, may occur. <P>SOLUTION: A solvent is supplied to an etched wide belt-like metal sheet, thus etched portions of the belt-like metal sheet being filled with the solvent, and the belt-like metal sheet having etched portions filled with the solvent is cut into a predetermined size, between a cutting blade and a cutting blade receiving member disposed opposite to the cutting blade. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
