PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out attachment even with an installation plate different for every manufacturer or model, while arranging a blowout port of an indoor unit in a position not interfered by an obstacle. SOLUTION: The attachment device 1 is composed of an attachment panel 8 attached to a wall surface 25, a fixing part 3 provided on a front face of the attachment panel 8 and fixing the installation plate 21, and a frame part 2 surrounding peripheries of the attachment panel 8 and the fixing part 3 and opened in the front and the rear. The fixing part 3 is composed of a horizontal sash bar part 4 formed from a wood rectangular plate and provided in a horizontal direction, vertical sash bar parts 5, 6, 7 extending downward in a vertical direction from the horizontal sash bar part 4. By equalizing a depth dimension in parallel with a normal direction of the wall surface 25 with the frame part 2 and the fixing part 3 including the attachment panel 8, a front face of the frame part 2 and a front face of the fixing part 3 are made substantially flush.
