<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear bumper structure capable of reducing load to a finger even if the finger is caught between a lower end part of a luggage door and a bumper cover. <P>SOLUTION: On a lower surface of an upper surface part 14A of the bumper cover 14, a recessed locking part 20 is provided at a vehicle rear side more than the lower end part 16B of the luggage door 16. In a retainer 30, a vertical wall part 30A is joined to an outer panel 24 constituting a rear floor cross member 23, an inclination part 30B is arranged at a position spaced apart from the lower end part 16B of the luggage door 16, and a lateral wall part 30C is arranged at a vehicle rear side more than the lower end part 16B of the luggage door 16. The locking part 20 of the bumper cover 14 is locked to the lateral wall part 30C of the retainer 30. Thereby, flexural deformation to a vehicle lower side of the upper surface part 14A of the bumper cover 14 opposed to the lower end part 16B of the luggage door 16 is possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
