<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet that is usable for manufacturing a multilayer board, excellent in workability, and has a small thermal-expansion coefficient, and its molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The composite sheet is an uncured composite sheet formed by coating a composite material formed of an inorganic filler 100 and a resin component 110 on a carrier material 120 and drying it. A content of the inorganic filler 100 is 70-90 wt.% based on the composite material. The resin component 110 includes a fire-retardant epoxy resin, a polyfunctional epoxy resin, a resin into which a functional group imparting flexibility is introduced via a low-polarity interlocking group, and an acrylic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
