<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly set transmitting timing of a signal transmission part and receiving timing of a signal receiving part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A test device for testing a device to be tested includes: a test module obtaining to transmit a signal to the device to be tested in designated transmitting timing; a regulating part regulated so that a signal receiving part obtains a transmitting signal reflected on the other end of a transmission line path by moving the transmitting timing and the receiving timing to basic transmitting timing and receiving timing obtaining a transmitting signal of a signal transmitting part by the signal receiving part by substantially same amounts in a reverse direction without interposing the transmission line path electrically connected between the signal transmitting part and the signal receiving part, and the terminal of the device to be tested; and a determining part for determining transmission delay of a transmission line path based on at least one of a difference between the basic transmission timing and the transmission timing after regulation and a difference between the basic receiving timing and the receiving timing after regulation.
