<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of a biomolecule with high sensitivity and high accuracy utilizing surface plasmon resonance excitation fluorescence, and provide a biomolecule trapping substance, and a biomolecule detection device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The detection method of the biomolecule is a method for detecting the biomolecule by detecting the surface plasmon resonance excitation fluorescence, and uses a biomolecule trapping substance which bonds a substance that can control arrangement by receiving external force.
