<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of clamping, transferring and loading bead rings of various diameter size without requiring labor and time though it is inexpensive. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transfer device 1 which clamps, transfers and loads the bead ring 5 includes a rotatable cam ring 3 whose rotational angle can be controlled, and bead clamping tools 4 that are attached to the cam ring 3, move inward or outward in the radial direction of the cam ring 3 with rotation of the cam ring 3, and clamp the bead ring 5.
