<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as replacing cleaning tools, to clean a toilet seat quickly in a simple manner, and to prevent an appearance of a toilet bowl from being damaged by a nozzle on the reverse side of a lid when the toilet lid is opened. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A toilet seat cleaner includes: a guide part 2 provided along the shape of a toilet seat 1 outside the toilet seat 1; a pair of nozzles 3 which are normally placed on the back side of the toilet seat 1 as a right and left pair, are guided to the guide part 2 when cleaning, move between the back side and a front side of the toilet seat 1, and spray cleaning liquid onto an upper surface of the toilet seat 1; and a drive mechanism 4 for moving the pair of nozzles 3 between the back side and the front side of the toilet seat 1.
