PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unremovably fit an insertion portion to a connection cylinder only by inserting the insertion portion of a cover body into a socket connecting cylinder up to a mounting position. SOLUTION: The insertion portion 7a of the cover body 7 can be inserted into the socket connecting cylinder of a socket 1 up to a given mounting position. A peripheral surface of the insertion portion 7a is formed with an annular groove 7c. When inserting the insertion portion 7a into the connecting cylinder 2a up to the mounting position, the insertion portion 7a moves an inner tube 3 from a disengaging position to a side of the mounting position and thereby a spherical body 9 becomes movable inward. Then, an operative tube 5 moves the spherical body 9 inward to be fitted into the annular groove 7c. As a result, the insertion portion 7a is unremovably fitted to the connecting cylinder 2a.
