<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical roller bearing improved in assembling work efficiency and having excellent productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cylindrical roller bearing comprises an inner member having an inside raceway surface 31 in the outer-diameter surface, an outer member having an outside raceway surface 33 in the inner-diameter surface, a plurality of cylindrical rollers 35 rotatably arranged between the inside raceway surface 31 of the inner member and the outside raceway surface 33 of the outer member, and a cage 36 interposed between the inner member and the outer member so as to hold the cylindrical rollers 35. A plurality of roller fall-stoppers 38 are provided on the inner diameter side of the cage 36. The cage 36 is provided with flange parts 37 and 37 provided on both axial ends of the inner diameter surface of the outer member, and ribs 44a and 44b facing the flange parts 37 and 37 so as to be guided by the flange parts 37 and 37.
