The invention consists of a housing that includes at least: a processor, a means enabling the establishment of a communication with a mobile telephone network, such as a SIM card and a GSM module, a means for connecting, via an Ethernet router, to at least one installed and functioning P2P VoIP software, either on a computer connected to the Internet, or on the processor of said device, a server such as a voice server, a WEB server loaded onto the device to enable the configuration, updating, and parameterization of the device as well as the management of an address book, phone numbers, a means of managing incoming and outgoing calls through the Internet voice network, a means for the interlocutor to search the Internet voice network as well as a means for commutating and connecting the line to the Internet voice network and the line on the mobile network.
