MOBILE PHONE PAYMENT METHOD, SYSTEM AND TERMINAL

A mobile phone payment method and a system and a terminal are provided. The method includes establishing a short-range wireless communication connection between a paying mobile phone terminal and a paid mobile phone terminal or a POS terminal. A payment request is sent to the paying mobile phone terminal from the paid mobile phone terminal or the POS terminal by the short-range wireless communication connection. The paying mobile phone terminal sends a payment instruction to a bank network payment account server through a common network. The bank network payment account server sends the payment completing information to the paying mobile phone terminal and the paid mobile phone terminal or the POS terminal through the common network.
