The device i.e. egogram (1), has different visual conditions that are set by an individual during operation of the device. The visual conditions visualize and symbolize psychological conditions of the individual. Multiple separate receptacles i.e. poles (3), are formed and/or arranged for receiving a set of gaming pieces (4) i.e. thick disks, and/or shapeless mass e.g. sand. Each receptacle is associated with the respective psychological condition using markings (A-E) e.g. symbols. Each gaming piece has a through hole (5). An independent claim is also included for a method for visualizing and symbolizing a psychological condition of an individual.
