PURPOSE: An ice flake making device is provided to produce ice flakes by cutting ice formed on the surface of an ice making drum using a concavo-convex cutter reciprocating along a slide rail. CONSTITUTION: An ice flake making device includes a cutter unit(10). The cutter unit is composed of a slide rail, a cutter, a cam guide bracket, and a cam motor. The slide rail(11) is arranged in the traverse direction corresponding to the front lower side of an ice making drum(5) and its ends are fixed to a body frame. The cutter(13) is mounted on the slide rail by sliders(12), and fitted with blades(14) formed in a concavo-convex shape corresponding to the front side of the ice making drum. The cam guide bracket(15) is mounted on one of the sliders, and equipped with a cam guide plate(16). The cam motor(18) is installed on one side of the body, and equipped with an eccentric cam(19) arranged between the cam guide plates.
