<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To merge a computer interface with the real world. <P>SOLUTION: A video of a user and surrounding environment is captured in real time, and the captured video is received, then the video is manipulated to generate a reflection effect. The reflection effect is incorporated into at least one of elements of a graphical user interface to generate a reflective user interface, and the reflective user interface is displayed to the user in real time.
