<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical operation apparatus capable of providing optimum treatment effect in a coagulation incision treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical operation apparatus includes a handpiece 21 including high frequency treatment units 26 and 27, ultrasonic treatment units 24, 26, and 27, and sensor units 26 and 27. An apparatus body 33 includes a sensor module 43 to calculate the impedance of a living body tissue based on a detection result obtained from the sensor units 26 and 27, and a control module 39 to automatically control at least an ultrasonic output module 41 of a high frequency output module 42 and the ultrasonic output module 41 in accordance with the calculated impedance so as to automatically adjust an output of at least the ultrasonic treatment units 24, 26, and 27 of the high frequency treatment units 26 and 27 and the ultrasonic treatment units 24, 26, and 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
