<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sidewalls of intermediate legs and the sidewalls of corner legs from interfering with one another when the pallets are nested, and accordingly, to ensure smooth nesting and improved workability of nesting operation. <P>SOLUTION: The pallet made of a synthetic resin includes corner leg groups 4, each of which is formed from a plurality of legs at each corner of a deck 3, intermediate leg groups 2 each of which is formed from a plurality of legs intermediate between the corner leg groups, and a central leg group 1 formed from a plurality of legs in the central part of the deck. In this pallet, the inclination angle to the vertical center line of each sidewall 2a1 of each of the intermediate legs 2a composing each intermediate leg group and the inclination angle to the vertical center line of each sidewall 4a1 of each of the corner legs 4a composing each corner leg group are made greater than the inclination angle to the vertical center line L1 of each sidewall 1a1 of each of the central legs 1a composing the central leg group. This prevents the sidewalls of the central legs and the sidewalls of the corner legs from interfering with one another when the pallets are nested.
