<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fin that controls unnecessary electromagnetic waves discharged from the cooling fin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cooling fin 1 discharging heat of an electronic element includes conductive base parts 12 and 14 and two or more tabular fin-shaped parts 12a and 14a erected onto the base parts 12 and 14, wherein at least either one of an insulator or a gap is prepared at least in a part of the base parts 12 and 14. Further, it is preferable that the length of a conductor portion in the base parts 12 and 14 is λ/2 or less.
