摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a droplet discharging device capable of stably discharging prescribed quantities of liquid materials to a film formation region in consideration of fluctuation in discharge quantities of droplets jetted out from a plurality of nozzles; a liquid material discharging method; a color filter method for manufacturing using it; and an organic EL device method for manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: The droplet discharging device 10 includes a workpiece-moving mechanism 20 for moving a workpiece W in a main scanning direction, a head-moving mechanism 30 for moving a carriage 8 over the workpiece W in the subsidiary scanning direction orthogonal to the main scanning direction, a plurality of nozzles mounted on the carriage 8, a nozzle-driving portion for applying driving signals to a driving means for the plurality of nozzles, and a control portion 40 for collectively controlling them.
