PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic overtube which allows smooth supply while keeping retentivity of the ultrasound transmission medium to have an excellent filling-up property, when the ultrasound transmission medium is supplied into the treatment instrument insertion passage.

SOLUTION: The endoscopic overtube 15 includes an endoscope insertion passage 15c through which an endoscope 2 is inserted, a treatment instrument insertion passage 15e through which a treatment instrument is inserted, and ultrasound transmission medium distributors 31 and 31a distributing the ultrasound transmission medium 102 from the treatment instrument insertion passage to the endoscope insertion passage.
