<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a film and the film, restraining a hindrance to quality and manufacturing of the film, when molding the film by using a thermoplastic resin requiring the high processing temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is provided for molding the film 10 by inputting a resin composition of adding organopolysiloxane to the thermoplastic resin of the high temperature in the processing temperature to an extruding machine 1. Inert gas is supplied to the extruding machine 1, and the film 10 having heat resistance and slidability is melting-extruding molded at the temperature of a glass transition point or more of the thermoplastic resin in its atmosphere, and the film 10 is wound between a press-fitting roll, a metallic roll 12, a press-fitting roll, a tension roll 13 and a winding pipe 14, and the film 10 is sandwiched between the opposed press-fitting roll and metallic roll 12. Since the film 10 is melting-extruding molded in an inert gas atmosphere, the deterioration in the thermoplastic resin, and the organopolysiloxane remaining inside the extruding machine 1 is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
