<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a charged place for a last call to a callee without depending on classification of a telephone terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The number of the terminal and communication log-charging administration server ID are administrated by a call processing server, if a request for the change of the charged place from outgoing call charging to incoming call charging is received from the callee, it is notified to an incoming call charging control server, the communication log-charging administration server ID on the outgoing call side storing the telephone number of a caller and the incoming call side is returned in response to an inquiry from the incoming call charging control server, the change of the charged place is notified from the incoming call charging control server to the communication log-charging administration server, and the charged party is changed to the callee from the caller in each communication log-charging administration server.
