<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool that prevents an elastic member from easily detaching from a tool body and shows excellent durability without substantially sacrificing any handling properties even in upsizing, and to provide a set of holding tools. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The holding tool 1 has an elastic member 21 capable of adhering and holding an object to be adhered on a surface, and a tool body 11 having a plurality of loading sections 15 allowing the elastic member 21 to be loaded. The elastic member 21 is formed on the surface of the tool body 11 so that at least one portion of the elastic member 21 is loaded to the loading section 15. A set of holding tools has the holding tool having the elastic member capable of adhering and holding the object to be adhered onto the surface, and the tool body.
