PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material that has a texture which is close to the appearance of a genuine metal, and to provide an operation panel, an indicator and an electronic equipment which uses this sheet material. SOLUTION: The operation panel 100 is equipped with the sheet material 10, an elastic sheet 30 pasted on the sheet material 10, and a circuit board 40 on which a switch mechanism 41 is mounted. The sheet material 10 includes a metal film 2, having a prism-like surface 2a, a first transparent sheet 3 installed on the metal film 2, and a second transparent sheet 4 installed on the first transparent sheet 3. The refractive index of the second transparent sheet 4 is higher than that of the first transparent sheet 3.
