<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a device separated from a network to utilize data in a device remaining in the network. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An information processor capable of communicating with another information processor via a network comprises: a display means for displaying a confirmation screen including a selection region for selecting whether or not to acquire data not held by the information processor from another device; a data acquisition means for acquiring data from another device when the acquisition of data via the selection region is selected; and a storage means for storing the data acquired by the data acquisition means in a storage.
