<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device capable of preventing a foreign matter from getting in/out of an aperture. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a lens unit 1a, a projection 14a surrounding all the circumference of the aperture 11a formed on a base 11 is formed at a bottom part of a lens holder 14.
