<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam roll capable of preventing distortion and positional deviation of a foam. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The foam roll includes a cylindrical foam 2 having a plurality of cells 3 and a conductive core 1 inserted into a hollow part penetrating the foam 2 in an axial direction of the foam 2 from one end of the foam 2 up to the other end and brought into contact with the foam 2, wherein in an area in which a distance from the end part of the foam 2 to the whole length of the foam 2 in the axial direction is ≤5% on the hollow side surface of the foam 2 before inserting the core 1 into the hollow part, a ratio D/R of the average diameter D of a cell 3 located on the hollow part side surface to the surface roughness Ra of the core 1 is 100 to 400.
