<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual form enabling form panels to be easily stacked by simplifying the positioning thereof relative to existing panels during the stacking operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This residual form 41 comprises a plurality of generally rhombus main panels 1 each having four joint sides 2U, 2L with an equal length and base panels 15 installable on installation surfaces in a construction site. A plurality of V-shaped joint edges 25 at the initial stage of the residual form corresponding to the lower half side both joint sides 2L of each main panel 1 are formed on each base panel 1. The lower half side both joint sides 2L of the main panel 1 at the initial stage are joined to the V-shaped joint edges 25 at the initial stage. A plurality of V-shaped joint edges 25 at the second stage are formed by the upper half side joint sides 2U of the main panels 1 at the initial stage which are adjacent to each other.
