<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch replacing container capable of omitting work of refilling a container from a pouch, which is conventionally performed, by continuously using a holder with replacing a spent pouch with a new pouch containing a content. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pouch replacing container includes a supporting body A1 for holding a pouch made by sealing the outer peripheral edges of at least two sets of front and back laminated films. The supporting body has an ellipsoidal column-like or rectangular parallelepiped shape, guide ribs 6 are perpendicularly made at two positions on the side faces of the opposing inner sides of the side faces with narrow widths, side seal parts of the pouch are inserted into slits between the ribs and supported, and the upper part of the pouch is cut in this supported condition.
