Provided is a magnetic levitation controller capable of quickly reducing magnetic energy caused by a power amplifier to zero and stabilizing a magnetic circuit to thereby achieve zero power of the power amplifier and quick convergency stabilization of the displacement of a levitated body. The magnetic levitation controller, which is an attractive magnetic levitation system constituting a composite magnetic circuit formed by combining an electromagnet and a permanent magnet, is provided with a power amplifier unit (100) for supplying an exciting voltage or an exciting current to the electromagnet, a current detection unit (102) for detecting the output current of the power amplifier (100), a position detection unit (101) for detecting the gap displacement between a stator and a levitated body, and a position control unit (103) for controlling the position detection value to be at a reference position. The magnetic levitation controller is provided with a magnetic flux calculation unit (109) for calculating the magnetic flux interlinked with the composite magnetic circuit and a magnetic flux control unit (110) for reducing magnetic energy caused by the power amplifier (100) to zero on the basis of the magnetic flux calculation value.
