<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission which can improve a controllability of a gear ratio and belt durability by suppressing oil level falling within an oil pan. <P>SOLUTION: The continuously variable transmission 10, which comprises a lubricating oil discharging section 72 discharging lubricating oil with respect to a first wrapping section wrapped to a primary pulley 38 of a driving belt 49 and a second wrapping section wrapped to a secondary pulley 39, and controls gear ratio γ by variably changing a wrapping radius of the driving belt 49 by variably changing each of pulley grooves 42, 47 of the primary pulley 38 and the secondary pulley 39, wherein a discharging direction D1 of the lubricating oil with respect to the first wrapping section by the lubricating oil discharging section 72 is pointed to a wrapping end of the driving belt 49 at rotational direction one side of a fixed sheave 40 or a movable sheave 41 when a width of the pulley groove 42 is set to be a width corresponding to the predetermined gear ratio γ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
