<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat resin film excelling in resistance to whitening and having high mechanical strength and surface hardness. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated film consisting of a layer (A) formed of polycarbonate resin and a layer (B) formed of methacrylic resin formed on at least one face of the layer is used as a transparent resin film base material, and a mat layer is formed on at least one face of the laminated film.
