HEAT PUMP SYSTEM FOR RESIDENCE IN COLD AREA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent decline in efficiency of a heat pump in winter by a simple system when using the heat pump in a residence in a cold area.

SOLUTION: This heat pump system 1 for performing heat exchange with water or antifreeze solution used for heating a residence in a condenser 1a is provided with an introduction means 1f for exhaust air for warming a refrigerant by the exhaust air of ventilation of the residence in an evaporator 1b. When outside air temperature is below predetermined temperature, introduction of the exhaust air of ventilation of the residence is performed by the introduction means 1f.
