<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indication plate which enables attainment of the same metallic feel and color as a metal indication plate, has a three-dimensional peculiar design and an appearance quality with a feel of high grade, enables enlargement of a design variation, has a wide lighting area even when the area of an opening part is the same, excels in power generation efficiency, requires only a short time for charging, can make the area of the opening part as narrow as possible and can widen a metal portion. <P>SOLUTION: The indication plate, which is disposed above a solar power generating device of solar cell equipment, has a lower plate member disposed on the sighting side of the solar power generating device and constituted of a light-transmitting material and an upper plate member so disposed on the sighting side of the lower plate member as to be separated with a prescribed space from the lower plate member.
