PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing for an insulation seal of a lithium secondary battery. SOLUTION: This is the packing for the insulation seal of the lithium-ion secondary battery composed of an adhesive fluororesin having carbonyl group in which the adhesive fluororesin contains (a) repeating units based on tetrafluoroethylene and/or chlorotrifluoroethylene, (b) repeating units based on cyclic hydrocarbon monomer having acid anhydride group and having polymerizable unsaturated group in the ring, and (c) repeating units based on other fluorine-containing monomers (wherein tetrafluoroethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene are excluded). This is composed of the fluorine-containing copolymers or the like in which against the total mole amount of the repeating units (a), (b), and (c), repeating units (a) have 50 to 99.89 mol%, repeating units (b) 0.01 to 5 mol%, and repeating units (c) 0.1 to 49.99 mol%, while capacity flow velocity is 0.1 to 1,000 mm<SP>3</SP>/second.
