<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic having a high emollient feeling and further having an excellent glossy feeling of a cosmetic film, and also an oily solid cosmetic, while excellent in shape-holding property, having a high emollient feeling and also excellent in the glossy feeling of a cosmetic film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic is obtained by containing the following components (A) and (B). (A) A higher α-olefin polymer containing 50-100 mol% of a 16C- 35C higher α-olefin as a recurring unit and having ≤60°C melting point. (B) A polyglycerol fatty acid ester. Also the oily solid cosmetic is obtained by containing the following components (A) to (C). (A) The α-olefin polymer containing 50- 100 mol% of the 16C-35C higher α-olefin as the recurring unit, and having ≤60°C melting point. (B) The polyglycerol fatty acid ester.
