<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vesicle having excellent dispersion stability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is a vesicle containing a sucrose fatty acid diester and 5-30 wt.%, with respect to the amount of the diester, of an acylmethyl taurine salt and comprising the sucrose fatty acid diester as the main membrane component. Also provided are a cosmetic containing the vesicle, and a skin lotion obtained by dispersing the vesicle in a solvent containing an alcohol. Further provided is a method for producing the vesicle comprising the following (I) and (II) steps: the (I) step of dissolving a sucrose fatty acid diester in a water-soluble solvent in heating, and the (II) step of mixing the solution with an aqueous solvent containing an acylmethyl taurine salt.
