<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail-driving device with a safety unit wherein not only the safety unit for preventing accidental ejection is provided, but also the safety unit does not block a visual axis of a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The nail-driving device with the safety unit comprising a body 10, a nail-striking member 20, an activation switch 40, a trigger unit 50, and the safety unit 60 movably arranged to allow relative movement against a nail ejecting part 13 along the axial direction between a first position and a second position located further from the nail ejecting part than the first position is configured that, when a trigger means 51 revolves and reaches an ejecting position while a safety means 61 is limited in the first position, a force-transmitting member 62 draws a contact part 41 into the body 10, and when the trigger means 51 revolves and reaches the ejecting position while movement of the safety means 61 between the first and second position is possible, the force-transmitting member 62 moves the safety means 61 from the first position to the second position by the trigger means 51 with the contact part 41 serving as a fulcrum.
