<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anchoring hardware manufacturable at low cost, capable of preventing the appearance of a slope reaction body from being degraded, and prevented from being damaged due to the contact thereof on the other object, a slope stabilization structure, and a slope stabilization method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this slope stabilization structure, a drilled hole 3 and an insertion hole 4 are so formed in a slope 1 and a frame for slope 2, respectively, as to communicate with each other, an anchor bolt 6 is buried in a grout 5 charged between the insertion hole 4 and the drilled hole 3, and the anchoring hardware 10 is fixed to the end of the anchor bolt 6 to anchor the frame 2 to the slope 1 with the anchoring hardware 10 interposed therebetween. The anchoring hardware 10 comprises a pressing plate 11 and a first tightening member 15. The first tightening member 15 comprises an annular seal section 16 having a partially convex seal surface 16a brought into contact with the mouth edge of a through-hole 12 formed in the pressing plate 11 from the upper side, a nut section 17 screwed with the anchor bolt 6 on the lower side of the pressing plate 11, and an operation section 18 for rotating the nut section 17.
